In today’s complex business climate, problem solving, critical thinking and decision making have never been more important to the role of the real estate professional.  A core part of this role requires the ability to provide customers and the wider public with a up to date information to make significant business decisions.   Within your role as a licensee, sales representative or property manager your clients and the general public have an expectation that you are able to use the core business skill of  logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

 As a business professional , there is also the expectations that you are able to exercise judgment about the relative costs and benefits or potential actions so that your client can choose the course of action most suitable to their situation.   In this course you are going to learn how to use a structured approach to the decision making process, identify complex problems and review the related information to develop and evaluate options.
