A diverse career in social services encompassing counselling, youth work and most recently policing - has enabled Paul to accumulate extensive knowledge in dealing with real life conflict and the art of implementing effective resolution strategies.

Prior to his policiing career, while embarking on a double major degree in Psychology and Criminology, Paul worked within adult and juvenile correctional facilities to assist in his studies of human behaviour and the complexities of the human mind.

Paul utilises his academic background and real life experiences to deal with day to day conflict and shares this knowledge within many different corporate training forums. 

Paul's approach as a trainer is unique and an experience you will not forget!!!      

In his spare time Paul enjoys patrolling the beaches of his local community as a Life Saver for Surf Life Saving Australia.   He is an active surf life saving competitor and has represented his club on both a state and national level.
